Mit Feingeist und Substanz.

With Subtlety and Substance.

Eine kulinarisch-literarische Sammlung: Texte und Gedichte, Rezepte, Programme und Ratgeber. Ästhetik ist subjektiv – ganz nach meinem Geschmack.

A culinary and literary collection: texts and poems, recipes, notes on whisky — and a few applications built for the purpose. Nothing is kept here that has not first been read, cooked or tasted.
